Refund Policy

Our products are prepared specifically for each order, cancellation and modification policies may vary depending on how far in advance an order is placed.

For standard orders, please contact Delight Bakery as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Custom, specialty, or large orders may require advance notice and may have different cancellation requirements.

A cancellation is not considered accepted until you receive confirmation from Delight Bakery. Where a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will be communicated to the customer.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
