An order is considered confirmed only after Delight Bakery has accepted the order and, where applicable, received payment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including due to product availability, scheduling limitations, ingredient availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Product Availability

All products are made fresh in small batches. Because our products are handmade, availability may vary.

Product photographs are intended for illustration purposes. Because products are handmade, the appearance, size, decoration, color, and presentation may vary slightly from photographs or website descriptions.

We reserve the right to substitute an ingredient of similar quality when necessary due to availability, provided the substitution does not materially change the product or create an undisclosed allergen issue.

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order when required.

Once an order has been delivered to the agreed location, Delight Bakery is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, weather conditions, or failure to promptly collect the order.
